dauntogel Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions establish the rules governing your relationship with dauntogel. They apply to the website, player account, games, sports betting services, live casino products, promotions, payment features and support channels made available under the dauntogel brand.

By opening an account, using an existing account, depositing MYR or another supported currency, placing a wager or accepting a dauntogel promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and any specific rules displayed for the relevant product. If you do not agree, you must stop using dauntogel.

Product-specific rules, promotion rules, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling policy form part of this agreement. If a specific promotion contains terms that differ from these general conditions, the specific terms apply only to that promotion.

Definitions

“Account”

The personal dauntogel account registered and used by an eligible player.

“Player”, “you” or “your”

The individual who accesses or uses dauntogel and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

“Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”

“Wager” or “bet”

“Bonus funds”

“MYR” or “RM”

Malaysian Ringgit, the local currency commonly used to display balances and process eligible dauntogel payments for Malaysian players.

Account Eligibility

You may register with dauntogel only if you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You must not create or use an account if online gambling is prohibited in your location, if you are subject to an active self-exclusion, or if your access has previously been permanently terminated by dauntogel.

You are responsible for understanding the laws that apply where you live or access the platform. References to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Malaysian banks or MYR payment methods do not constitute a representation that online gambling is lawful throughout Malaysia or in every jurisdiction.

Employees, contractors, game suppliers and other persons who may possess non-public information must not wager on affected dauntogel products. A player must act on their own behalf and must not open an account for another individual.

Registration and Account Security

Registration details supplied to dauntogel must be complete, current and accurate. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential information, contact details and any other data reasonably requested for verification. False, misleading or incomplete information may result in restrictions while dauntogel investigates the account.

Only one account is permitted per player unless dauntogel gives prior written approval. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and related bonuses or transactions may be reviewed. Creating additional accounts to obtain repeated welcome bonuses is prohibited.

You must protect your username, password, device and security credentials. Do not share access with family members, friends or third parties. Activity completed through a correctly authenticated account may be treated as authorised unless you promptly notify dauntogel of suspected compromise. Support will never need your full password.

Identity and KYC Verification

dauntogel may conduct Know Your Customer, age, source-of-funds, payment ownership and security checks. Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked for an identity document, proof of address, payment evidence or a clear explanation of relevant transactions.

Verification protects players, supports the 21+ requirement and helps prevent fraud, account misuse and unlawful financial activity. Documents must be genuine, legible and unaltered. dauntogel may restrict deposits, wagering or withdrawals until requested checks are completed.

Failure to provide satisfactory information within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure. Information collected during verification is handled according to the dauntogel Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Deposits, Currency and Account Balances

dauntogel may support Malaysian Ringgit deposits through methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank. Availability, minimums, maximums and processing times may vary by player, account status and payment provider.

Deposits must be made for genuine gambling activity and generally must originate from a payment method held in your verified name. dauntogel is not a bank, remittance service, cryptocurrency exchange or storage facility. Depositing solely to transfer or withdraw funds without reasonable play may trigger enhanced checks.

E-wallet deposits may be credited quickly, while bank transfers or cryptocurrency payments can require additional processing and confirmation. Displayed times are estimates rather than guarantees. dauntogel is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks, blockchain congestion, inaccurate transfer details or maintenance outside its reasonable control.

You must check transaction details before confirming a deposit. Any currency conversion may use the rate available at processing time. Payment-provider fees, if any, are separate from charges imposed by dauntogel and remain your responsibility.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal request is subject to sufficient cleared balance, account verification, payment ownership checks, bonus conditions and reasonable anti-fraud review. dauntogel may request further evidence before releasing funds, particularly where account activity or payment details require clarification.

Withdrawals should normally be returned through an approved method held in the player's verified name. Where the original method cannot receive payments, dauntogel may require an alternative verified bank or e-wallet account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Processing estimates do not include time taken by Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, e-wallet providers or blockchain networks after funds leave dauntogel. Incorrect beneficiary information may cause rejection or delay. Players must review all details carefully.

dauntogel may deduct an amount credited in error, reverse a duplicate payment or withhold disputed funds while an investigation is completed. Undisputed cleared balances remain subject to the normal withdrawal procedure.

Betting, Game Rules and Settlement

Each sports market, slot, live casino table, lottery product or arcade game may have specific rules. By placing a wager, you accept the displayed odds, stake, market, selection and settlement rules. You are responsible for checking the betting slip before confirming.

Sports betting

Odds may change before acceptance. A wager on the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC or any other event is confirmed only when dauntogel records it as accepted. Settlement is based on official results or the recognised data source used for the market. Rules concerning abandoned, postponed or shortened events may vary by sport.

Casino and live dealer games

Results are governed by the applicable game rules and system records. Live streams are provided for viewing, but settlement is based on the verified result recorded by the game system. A delay in the video feed does not invalidate an otherwise correctly recorded outcome.

Obvious errors may include materially incorrect odds, impossible markets, duplicate settlement or technical values that a reasonable person would recognise as wrong. dauntogel may correct or void affected transactions after a fair review and will explain the relevant adjustment where practicable.

Bonuses and Promotions

dauntogel promotions may be restricted by account, payment method, product, eligibility period or player segment. Unless the offer states otherwise, promotions are limited to one claim per player, household, shared device, payment method or other linked identifier.

Bonus funds may carry wagering or rollover requirements. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in qualifying bets before eligible winnings can be withdrawn. Game contribution rates may differ: slots may contribute more than blackjack, baccarat, roulette or other table games.

A promotion may also include a maximum bet while bonus funds are active, a bonus expiry date, restricted games or markets, and a maximum cash-out. dauntogel may remove a bonus where the applicable conditions are not completed before expiry.

Bonus abuse includes coordinated betting, low-risk wagering intended mainly to clear rollover, opening duplicate accounts, exploiting errors or using opposite outcomes to reduce genuine risk. dauntogel may cancel affected promotional credit and review related winnings where evidence reasonably supports abuse.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use dauntogel to:

• Commit fraud, money laundering, identity misuse or any unlawful activity.
• Access another person's account or allow another person to control your account.
• Use stolen, borrowed or unauthorised bank cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrency wallets or bank accounts.
• Use bots, scripts, automated tools or unauthorised software to interact with games or betting markets.
• Collude with other players, manipulate outcomes or exploit confidential information.
• Interfere with dauntogel systems, security, software, data or network availability.
• Exploit a technical malfunction, pricing error or obvious settlement mistake.
• Harass support staff or submit false documents, chargebacks or payment disputes.

dauntogel may investigate linked devices, payment methods, transaction patterns and account activity when reasonably necessary to identify prohibited conduct. Appropriate action may include restrictions, voided transactions, account closure and reporting where required by law.

Responsible Gambling

dauntogel provides gambling as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling must not be treated as employment, an investment or a reliable source of income. You should set a budget, monitor your session length and never chase losses.

Eligible account controls may include deposit limits, cooling-off periods, session reminders and self-exclusion. Restrictions take effect according to the applicable tool. A request for permanent exclusion is a serious protective measure and may prevent account reopening.

Players experiencing financial, emotional or relationship harm should stop gambling and seek appropriate support. Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure through dauntogel support. Before closure is completed, valid outstanding wagers may remain subject to normal settlement, and eligible cleared funds may require withdrawal through a verified payment method.

dauntogel may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed verification, suspected fraud, prohibited activity, security risk, legal requirements or responsible gambling reasons. Where appropriate, the player will be informed of the general reason, subject to legal and security limitations.

Closure does not remove obligations that arose before termination. dauntogel may retain records as required for transaction security, dispute handling, regulatory purposes and applicable law.

Privacy, Communications and Records

dauntogel processes account, payment, device and usage information for registration, verification, transaction handling, fraud prevention, service operation and responsible gambling. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Operational communications concerning account security, payments, material term changes or responsible gambling may be sent where necessary to provide the service. Marketing preferences are handled separately where applicable.

dauntogel system records will be considered reliable evidence of account activity unless a player provides credible evidence of an error. Players should review account history and notify support promptly if they identify an unfamiliar transaction or incorrect settlement.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

dauntogel aims to maintain a stable platform but cannot guarantee continuous, error-free access. Services may be interrupted by maintenance, telecommunications failure, supplier downtime, device problems, banking disruption, cyber incidents or events outside reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dauntogel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from platform interruption, missed betting opportunities, third-party payment delays or a player's failure to secure account credentials.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. If an accepted wager is directly affected by a verified dauntogel system error, the remedy will ordinarily be correction, resettlement or refund of the affected stake, depending on the circumstances.

Amendments, Severability and Entire Agreement

dauntogel may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, security, payment, product or operational changes. Material amendments will apply from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure by dauntogel to enforce a right immediately does not permanently waive that right.

These Terms & Conditions, together with incorporated policies and applicable product rules, form the entire agreement governing your use of dauntogel. They replace prior discussions or representations concerning the same subject.

Complaints and Contact

If you have a question or complaint, contact dauntogel support and provide your username, the relevant transaction or wager reference, the date of the issue and a clear description. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

dauntogel will review available account records, payment information and supplier data before responding. Complex cases involving banks, game providers or payment networks may take longer than ordinary support enquiries.
